Star Trek: Between the Stars is a fan fiction universe set mainly in the post-Dominion War period. The Federation and their allies - as well as their enemies - are still picking up the pieces in the aftermath of one of the most devastating periods of conflict they have ever known. Formerly known as the Tales of the 11th Fleet (TOT11F or Eleventh Fleet, alternately) shared universe project, the stories in the BtS universe are mainly written by myself, and features stories written by or with former TOT11F members Brydon Sinclair, Kahless of Vulcan, and Jack Elmlinger. Other writers who participated in the TOT11F universe include Jerriecan and popular Ad Astra writers Sam Redfeather, Miranda Fave, and The Lone Redshirt - and some of their characters may make future appearances in BtS stories.

"A Future of Peace?" is not so much a story as it is a collection. It contains the first five ficlets I wrote for the Eleventh Fleet's base of operations, Sanctuary. Formerly known as Empok Nor, this space station would become home to a mixed crew of Starfleet and Cardassian officers as part of a joint effort to revitalize and rebuild the Cardassian Union. These shorts here are but a glimpse into the challenging mission ahead for all involved.
