I found a bug/error/site instability. How do I contact site support?
You can e-mail support at support .at. adastrafanfic .dot. com or click here to open up a web ticket. Please include any errors you find and tell us what you did to get it.
How do I submit stories?
If you have not already done so, please register for an account. Once you've logged in, click on Account Information and choose Add Story. The form presented there will allow you to submit your story.
What are the ratings used on the site?
We use the ratings system from www.fictionratings.com.
What are the story classifications?
Stories are classified by categories, genres, and warnings.
How come my username doesn't work on the forums?
For security and upgrade reasons, Ad Astra's archive and forums aren't bridged (meaning they don't share the same user database). You have to register for both separately. Feel free to use the same username and password, though, if that makes it easier.
