Author's Response: Glad you liked it TemplarSora. No I'm not a parent. But my niece she does this and she's only 3. My little brother's also do this when playing. They are still little too. So I just got the idea from them. I tried to make it as real to life as possible. I'm always dreaming. What can I say? I love writing Riker's character. He's such a beautiful man.

More trouble bundles to come. ah. A lovely scene. Very funny and of course given the meme about Riker's growing a beard it seems only fitting the girl's should test out a bubble beard (fun times). AI clean up is very handy, although it is a little troubling that they played with bath unsupervised and that Deanna was feeling so sick as to lay down. But a truly sweet scene.
Author's Response: Thanks MF. I actually originally had them getting into trouble from Riker about playing in the bathroom alone unsupervised, but it went over the word count and had to edit it out.

I want to live in the 24th (25th?) century, when cleaning up the mess your kids made just means ordering the AI to do it. I bet that would cut down on half the yelling in my house.

Awww. I loved the beards bit. Riker seems to be a good dad, as to be expected.
Also, I want to have a floor that cleans itself as well! I guess that might have something to do with Riker being relatively laid back about the mess - I'm sure every parent would be if they didn't actually have to do any of the cleaning!
