Well, this makes me hopeful that perhaps a new chapter between the Federation and Romulans might be dawning. I'll hold off on popping the champagne, but they're certainly on the right path.

With both romulan governments (the Senate and the Empire) getting warm and fuzzy with the Federation on joint environmental rescue projects... There has to be a fly in the ointment...
