A nice bit of James Bond humor.

I'm assuming Dolphin is trying to have fun with this, but still, the first rule of being a secret agent, don't tell anyone you're a secret agent. Oh well, it's not as if Ivovich doesn't already know who he works for.

And how about those amorous Denobulans? Always a riot.

Yeah - Dolphin's not so much incognito as low key. Being a famous (or rather infamous) man, he wants to avoid his detractors. But denobulans and bolians are unlikely to be unpleasant to him.
