A bit heavy on exposition here but I appreciate the insight into the Bolians, a race that was never really explored much in canon.

I think I can improve this one - I'll add it to the list. I'm going back and adjusting a few things here and there to make for a better read and reviewing this one it redas a little clunky to me too. 

The exposition is needed for later developments, but I can probably lose the BWSV.
