Whatever universe this is, it is very typical of Garak, sneaking and stabbing in the back. And in all possible universes, Dukat’s reaction would be the same. Some things never change. I really laughed at the swan simile. It is good to know that Garak did not land like a sack of potatoes and married the illegitimate princess.

I like the crisp way this written, but I'm not familiar enough with the characters to comment beyond that.
