Author's Response: Yes, one and the same. In this alternate universe, Archer and crew served together in the 2230s and 2240s, which places them in their early-to-mid fifties at the present time. Earth's 21st and 22nd centuries went much differently than in the prime universe, something I may explore in detail at some point.
