An interesting tale.

The Q are a wacky idea to begin with - sort of a cross between various TOS energy beings or omnipotent or powerful types like Charlie X and a bit of Earthly Loki, or at least that's how I often see them.

The initials are confusing but unfortunately that's the nature of the beast here. When dealing with Q and the female Q I ended up naming her Joy just to make it easier to follow. I'm not saying that that's a requirement or anything, just that there are limits with the printed word and sometimes you need to do that sort of a thing in order to keep the reader from losing the thread of the narrative.
