Freddy Kreuger on the Enterprise! What? Ah, I see now. It's a holodeck programme. But the neat twist here is the fact that we are actually seeing the programming and design of a programme rather than the usual fare of holodeck reveal. That was neat. And entertaining in its brevity.

Thanks! I have a similar one called Kilmanin for Voyager. The instant I thought of Freddy Krueger on the 1701-D, the absurdities and failings crowded out the possibilities, so I got this 'meta' idea instead, taking what had been a cliche-fest and tweaking a bit more out of it.
