I always loved Vic as a character, mainly due to my love for Rat pack songs, so anything with him is good with me! :) You did a great job with his voice and Quark's as well, which came across especially well when the two of them are commiserating over the changes that have occurred on DS9 since the end of the war. You provided a good summary of the changes, especially Quark's little quips about Sisko and Rom.
It was nice to see the relationship between the two men had developed, misery loves company I guess. After all, Quark initially saw Vic as a competitor, so it was nice to see that they had become friends as time had gone by, drawn together by their loss of business.
A nice little scene with two interesting characters, well done!

Oh, I liked this! The mood is very true to the feel of the end of the series; this seems very natural. Poor Quark. You nailed both of their voices, by the way. Well done!

You really caught the bittersweet feel that I had at the ending of "What You Leave Behind," and managed to add a little twist of hope to it!
And in some weird way...maybe Quark, with Vic's help, is going to be that "community leader" he scoffed at before, when it comes to pulling the new station crew together. Something tells me this time he might actually be invested enough emotionally to WANT to do so. (No matter how much he tries to say his only investments are ones that earn latinum.)
Though I must say...I'm a little bit surprised Quark wasn't already charging a cover, once Vic's went 26-7! ;-)
