Apparently, Vulcans can get moody as well.

Author's Response: LOL, Spock certainly does a few times. ;)

Again, absolute kudos on your world-building in this ongoing series. This Vulcan society just sounds so much more interesting than the ultra-traditional model that we've gotten glimpses off on screen and which always felt incredibly backward for such an advanced species.

Here, I actually found myself thinking a few times that this sounds like a society I could imagine myself living and (forgive the pun) prosper in.

I got a little confused in the beginning with some of the supporting characters and who they were but that's mostly due to the fact that it's been a while since I've read this series.

Really great stuff.

Author's Response: Thank you very much! :)

Nice tightly-focused scene that conveyed a large amount of context through the news. It's a good tease as to whether larger contextual events might crash into the story line. Not that I want them to - I'm really enjoying this study of vulcan dysfunction...

Thanks!! rbs

Author's Response: Thank you!

Boy, you wouldn't really think it at first, but a Vulcan household can certainly be pretty damn complicated, far more so than a human one. A lot of issues to navigate here and curious to find out how they'll make it work

Author's Response: Thanks for the feedback! I hope you enjoy the rest of the story! :)

Still really enjoying your small town vulcans, but I am very curious... Kimchi and arugula pizza? Sounds explosive..

Thanks! rbs

Author's Response: Thanks! I've seen kimchi and arugula salad, although I've never had it...now I kinda want to try it, actually lol.

This is starting to feel like a study of small town, disfunctional vulcans...

Delightful!

Thanks!! rbs

Nice bite size story length - which I really appreciate. I don't know if you intend to add more chapters, but this is a great length.

Interesting characters and everyone loves Pon Farr stories...

My character, Ensign T'Lon goes through Pon Farr from the end of Episode 4 - 6 with repercussions into Episode 7 of Star Trek Hunter. That arc actually begins around the end of Episode 2.

I'm hoping there's more to this story. From the last sentence, I get the sense there is...

Thanks!!  rbs

Author's Response: Thank you for the feedback! There is indeed more. The total story is about 31,000 words long, and will be going up in parts, with updates happening hopefully every few days.
