He must feel so disjointed at this point, fresh from having his mind put back in his head! I kind of think of it like a room which has been emptied completely, which then has all the furniture and furnishings put back by someone who doesn't know what it looked like before. The room has all its contents, but you can't find anything because everything is out of order.
It's a very powerful scene in the movie because Kirk and the others have literally sacrificed everything on the tiny chance Spock could be saved. And no one, not even the Vulcans, I think, really knew if the transference would work.
I think you've captured the confusion of Spock's thoughts nicely.

Most of this is really good, although I doubt Spock would call his actions heroic. Simply necessary. Aside from that, though, you captured the feeling of being inside his head in a very surreal situation, and examining it in his very Vulcan way.

Remember, though, everything is a jumble to Spock in this scene. He's relying mostly on vague memories of events leading to his death, possibly because of already transplanting his katra into McCoy, as well as other people's versions of events. Kirk and the rest of his colleagues would consider this act heroic.

Aww. He's raw and fresh in this moment, still Spock cooking. So very fragile and delicate like a new born butterfly. You paint that picture really well here with how Spock struggles to comprehend and remember correctly. Well done.

Understandably, Spock is completely confused about what has happened. It has got to be freaky and strange to come back from the dead, particularly under such circumstances.
