As always, I enjoyed the relationships in this loving family. Those are mighty big dogs for a starship. How about a nice Chihuahua? Oh, wait. Is there such a thing as a nice chihuahua...? They might call it "Nippy".

Somehow, I see Riker as a man that likes big dogs, seeing him with a Chihuahua doesn't really work. I intend to weave these dogs into the story as it progresses. There will be need for them later on. I will be revealing what's going on with Kaiti in the next chapter or so, and how the rest of the family deals with what's going on.
