Thank-you for the enjoyable story. I was in need of some Christmas cheer.

Oh my God!  My face still hurts from grinning so much!  There were so many elements I loved about this - from the nod to Janet at the beginning, to the idea that Saint Nick  not only visits Earth, but all the races and peoples of the Milky Way.

This was a great mix of so many elements, both Trek and non-Trek, from the elf who sounded like one of Jojo Krako's men, to the interior of Red Rocket One which had the distinct feel of the Nautilus.

I loved the idea of the gifts left behind for each member of the crew at the end, but I can't help wondering if Scotty's gift wasn't building the new overthruster from scratch,  For a guy who's idea of relaxing is brushing up on his skills by reading the latest technical journal, that had to be a special treat.  I also wonder if Scotty got a surreptitious look at the propulsion system that allowed the Red Rocket One to travel the galaxy in a single night.

A really well thought-out, well-executed, feel good holiday tale.  Thank you for this.

Well that had a joyful feel of a 1960's Christmas special all over it.

I did enjoy the little touches that add to the Holiday special sense such as the colour scheme and the mountain of presents in the shuttle-bay as reward.

Awww, that was so lovely.

The Enterprise (and Scotty, in particular), to the rescue! Loved the shoutout to the overthruster (Buckaroo Banzai and His Adventures in the Eighth Dimension), plus the Long Island elf was straight out of Santa Claus Conquers the Martians!

And Yeoman SIEGEL!!! :)

Made me smile, all around. Well done!

Author's Response: Thanks Janet. There's also the nod to Miracle on 34th street and the tardis box. Having the Enterprise meet Santa is out there, so i tried to do it in a way that was fun and different.
