Nice little interchange between Spock-Quinto and McCoy. What are the odds of having an actual "Nurse Goose" aboard ship? Nice funny touch. Spock would happily quote those statistics. Even more surprising is seeing those two offer the perfect gift selections for their respective recipients. Now Spock is looking for singer to add to his production. I hope that Uhura doesn't catch them together, deep in some romantic tune. It almost sounds like a second chapter...

Aw shucks, thanks FB. ::blushes profusely:: That was sweet, showing a side of Spock we only saw just beginning to emerge in "Into Darkness." And I agree, the shout-outs to TOS and Eriecho just made me grin.
Also, don't know if you're aware of it, but I did a WFW several years ago where TOS Spock played secret santa to the entire bridge crew, so that aspect tickled my fancy as well.
