Your Dominion viewpoint stories are always interesting and this one about why the Dominion virus bombed the Teplan world, is a nice piece and twist on the monthly challenge of forgiveness.
Felt the last bit between Eris/Prilla up an extra dimension. that finished the story nicely.

It's so hard for me to wrap my head around anything other than feelings of negativity when it comes to the whole Dominion conflict, but this made me stop and think about what it must have been like on the other side. So in essence, this really fell in line with the challenge of "forgiveness" on a personal level. Good stuff.

This represents an interesting way to turn things on their head. It is said, the victors write history...

That was one interesting expansion of the story of how the Dominion imposed the Teplan plight. I always thought it was the Dominion who made the aggressive move and the Teplans gave their all fighting against the Jem'Hadar. But now it seems the Teplans started this conflict and possibly brought about their curse (the Blight) due to terrorism and guerilla warfare.
Having said history is written by the victors, so I feel the Dominion -- or particular the Vorta who are in charge of administrative affairs and record keeping -- put a positive spin on their actions by claiming that the Templan were the aggressors. In other words the Dominion are trying to portray themselves as a fair civilization, or organisation, when really every Dominion world and citizen is at the mercy of the Founders.
An interesting twist that is for sure.
Also, why do I get the feeling that Admiral Monroe and Eris have a relationship of sorts going on? It's just Monroe does seem to be around Eris a lot. So it's strange...
Author's Response: Thanks for the feedback, and don't worry. Eris is still faithful to Liska. Also, the Founders do very little governing in the grand scheme of things, leaving the Vorta to pretty much do everything. After all, why concern themselves with the affairs of solids when you can have your grander existence in a giant ocean?

Interesting how they see WWII - and are trying to get their own atrocities to be seen the same way.
