This was an interesting look at how members of the Federation perceive the inner workings of the Klingon mind. An interesting companion piece might be a Klingon lecturing Klingon soldiers on how to deal diplomatically with members of Starfleet. ;)

Bazran certainly strikes as a rather larger than life figure. He strikes me as someone who cuts his own path through things. The fact that he sees diplomacy as but another type of battle is telling of his character and I imagine that he is a man who has had many an interesting encounter and is sure to have many an interesting encounter to come.
Some witty lines and they serve definitely to tell us something of the character of Bazran and it serves as a piece to fill us in on a lot of events from Star Trek Online without being too labourious in the ddoing so.
Hope we get to see more of Bazran in the future. I'm sure he ahs plenty of adventures to tell.

This is so true in all that Vice Admiral Talar Bazran said. As someone who occasionally uses Klingon characters, you certainly got the gist of how the Klingon mind operates. Indeed this is so good and so informative that I will be sure to take notes as a means of reference when it comes to understanding the Klingon psyche!
Nice one!

I like how you introduced the universe by introducing the story through a lecture of cadets. And there were some very winning lines in this, too. I hope you'll keep going, and welcome to Ad Astra!

Bazran gives some solid advice in this piece. I feel I learned something from his lecture.
"Finally, learn Klingon swears but do not go overboard. Being able to curse in Klingon shows that you respect their ways but if you go too far your swears can impugn the honour of the wrong Klingon and that could undo all the work that you have done so far."
I'll keep this in mind. *goes to look up how to curse in Klingon*
