A very interesting situation you've presented us with here. First off, I want to say it was very well written, and very tastefully done as well. I'm usually hesitant to read any kind of "romance" and "adult situation" stories for...obvious reasons, but this was very tastefully done, and very well described. You gave us just enough of a sense of what was going on without filling in EVERY blank in the scene.

Back to the interesting situation, I guess since Vorta were cloned I never thought to consider them even capable of love and romance. Yes, they were "made male and female," but I guess, since they're clones, I figured they weren't made with the right equipment. *shrug* I dunno. Not exactly the kind of thing I had to think about a lot before this. And a very interesting argument that Gul Rejal presented, that gods don't make mistakes; that maybe the Vorta were supposed to be engaging in these activities, or maybe they had originally, and the practice of it died out the longer the Dominion continued on.
