Phew! I thought beforehand that Kira was actually Iliana and this made me stop reading the story as I couldn't stomach the thought of Kira really being a Cardassian. Will continue reading.

Is this really Kira's memory? If so is she actually Iliana and the real Kira Nerys is dead?

No no. I see where you're getting that from, maybe I wasn't clear enough. My bad.
But there's a moment at the end of The Soul Key, in the scene where all three "Kiras" are together in the wormhole, where our Kira (the real Kira) gets a blast of all of Iliana's memories courtesy of the Prophets. It was said that it finally helped her to understand what Iliana had gone through, because up to then she hadn't known the full story. That's where she gets that memory from now. So it definitely is the real Kira. I'm not doing any body-swap stuff.
