Every line from Glal is dripping with his enormous personality - easily my favorite of your characters (and probably a fan favorite among your other readers as well.) Not sure if you intended the Hierynmus Bosch reference, but I read it as deliberate.

Glal alone is more than enough reason for a second reading. But I really appreciate the continuation of a very highly criticized STE storyline - one that I liked because it really gave rise to "dark Archer," which allowed Bakula to really stretch and strut a little.
