The finale to The Fracture and the last long Seleya story I have written.
The Main Mirror Arc; from rebel to assassin to the end game, the Mirror version of Scott across the years. Pay attention to the dates, and you'll be fine.
(2267) Simplicity and complexity. A peek inside the mind of an assassin. Some spoilers for the main mirror arc.
(2259) Pike's descent into madness, Kirk's rise to power and the assassin who isn't really there at all. This is a very dark story at the beginning. It ties together elements of Wraith, Patterns and Betrayals in the main arc, though it's a side story in the Mirror Universe arcs and pretty much references everything. Direct sequel to Shards.
(2256) Pike makes more use of Lieutenant Scott than simply engineering and assassination. Based off of Wraith in the main arc. Very dark, twisted story.
(2254) Just another day in the life of a rebel escort.
(2252) How do you live with someone you can never quite have? "Bluntly speaking, I spend a whole lot more time than healthy in cold showers." Far more mental than physical, though.
(2252) A little more fluff; Andy and Scott in Hawaii, between Parts II and III of One Minute. A first-person story from a more mature, cleaned-up Andy, about the corniness of tourist created junk that takes on meaning. And how much even a simple t-shirt can mean, in context.
(2251) A very warm, gentle piece; Andy reflects on a dead field, the life that inhabits it, and the assassin who's lost in it.
(2250) Niagara Falls, in any universe, still manages to be a tourist trap.
(2249) Andy's getting his life on track, and part of that means being honest and decent towards a former obsession, turned genuine interest. Takes place around the end of Part II of One Minute. A rather domestic look at how he thinks, and feels... a normal life on part, and then life in the shadows, with a shadow, on the other.
(2245) A very dark look at Andy when he's still a much more messed up individual, as he was in Part I of One Minute. At his drug use, at sex (not gratuitous in writing, though it is in his life), and finally at his obsession. Very rough piece.
(2245 - 2255) A much shorter story, it looks at how things change over time (how much of it conditioning, how much of it choice?) from One Minute more from Scott's perspective, though the relationship is still rather one-sided. 'Haunting' is probably the best way it was described. It covers a lot of ground in a small space. Violent in the beginning, warm in the moments... and sorrow in the end.
(2245 - 2254) This is a very intense first-person POV story from the perspective of the free agent who acts as the go-between from Scott to the rebellion while he's stationed on Earth. Starting with the free agent's twisted one-sided obsession with a shadow, this story's very dark in the beginning, but it certainly isn't all dark and misery -- as time goes on, things change. This story is a heart-breaker. There's no easy way to sum it up, but if there's one thing you can call it, you can call it very human. Pay attention to my warnings, though, please.
(2239) A week is a long time for a seventeen-year old rebel to resist the torture of Starfleet Intelligence, but Scotty has his reasons.
(2239) When you're on a spaceship and have two kids, it's hard to find private time.
(2238) From the Mirror Universe side arc, this is the immediate sequel to Another Man's Treasure by Teddog. Jenna Richmond comes to find that a whole lot can change in a year.
(2238) - A young Scott raids a junkyard on an unknown planet.
